For each credit card transaction, the first digits of the credit card, the so-called credit card BIN, are analyzed by Paygate. This BIN is assigned to a country of origin. If this country is blocked by the Fraud Prevention setting, then Paygate rejects the payment. The customer is redirected back to the URLFailure transferred by the shop and the error code xxxx0190 is reported back in the Paygate response.
