For each credit card transaction the IP address of the end customer's device is analyzed by Paygate. This IP address is assigned to a country of origin. If this country is blocked by the Fraud Prevention setting, then Paygate rejects the payment. The customer is redirected back to the URLFailure transferred by the shop and the error code xxxx0191 is reported back in the Paygate response.
